REVIVE Healthcare Group is a rapidly growing medical supply and distribution company addressing one of the healthcare sector’s most pressing issues : supply chain disruptions. Our clients include hospitals, healthcare networks, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) across Canada and the USA.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, experienced Territory Manager to lead sales growth in the Greater Toronto Area, including the downtown core and southwest region. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a solution-oriented sales environment and understands hospital procurement strongly. You will generate new business, manage relationships, and drive growth in one of our most strategic territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with hospital clients experiencing shortages or procurement gaps.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Materials Managers, Procurement Directors, Sourcing Managers, and senior supply chain stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage in outbound prospecting (calls, emails, on-site visits) to open new accounts.
  • Stay on top of current and emerging hospital product backorders and supply issues; offer timely, relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM tools.
  • Represent REVIVE Healthcare Group at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Travel within your territory (approx. 50%) to meet clients and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in medical supply sales to Ontario hospitals.
  • Existing client relationships or an established network in the Toronto and GTA hospital network market is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new business.
  • Deep knowledge of hospital procurement processes and GPO relationships.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable with travel and representing the company at in-person engagements and events.
  • Bonus : if you have previously worked for a medical supplies distributor.
