As a Territory Manager for our Therma-Tru brand, you will have the opportunity to grow top-line sales within the Manitoba, Atlantic Maritimes, and Ontario territories. You will cultivate relationships with key and prospective distributor accounts to drive sales growth. The Territory Manager acts as the primary contact within customer organizations, establishing and maintaining relationships with key personnel across various disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and knowledge of doors and building materials, be highly autonomous, and able to travel approximately 4-6 nights per month. A background in growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communication and knowledge sharing is essential.

This remote position is based in the Toronto, ON area. The salary range is from $98,000 CAD to $146,000 CAD, with a bonus opportunity based on territory performance.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Develop business plans and targets for market and channel growth.
  • Own existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones with distributors, dealers, and builders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalation of issues.
  • Collaborate on market pricing and new product information.
  • Communicate and train customers on products and services.
  • Present marketing and promotional programs.
  • Assist in resolving service issues.
  • Handle administrative tasks promptly.
  • Maintain current customer and prospect database.
  • Attend trade shows as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This role also involves representing Fypon and Larson.
Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of direct sales experience in the building products industry
  • Experience with distributors, dealers, builders, or contractors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with multi-step distribution channels
  • Experience with sales forecasting
