Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales or sales management experience.
• Experience in valves, automation, or related industrial products preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray products via visits, technical presentations, seminars, plant tours, and product training with accounts.
• Develop and grow the territory by identifying opportunities, increasing market penetration, and ensuring coverage across key accounts.
• Make pricing and lead-time recommendations; escalate to the Western Canada Sales Manager for approvals.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets with BC distribution partners and submit planning information.
• Present a written annual territory plan to the Western Canada Sales Manager outlining strategies and growth opportunities.
• Manage quotes, pipeline, and opportunities with multi-channel sales strategies and timely follow-up.
• Lead complex negotiations, resolve customer concerns, and close business to meet objectives.
