Job summary

Brand Momentum in Winnipeg, MB seeks a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales and Team Leads by delivering product education and in-store demonstrations across IQOS devices, VEEV products and more.

You will manage a designated territory (1–3 locations per shift), build relationships with store staff, analyze performance, and coach peers. The role requires 2–3+ years in retail or field sales, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in retail, field sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and product knowledge skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate confident product education and hands-on demonstrations across multiple categories.
• Drive customer acquisition, registration and retention using effective selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve in-store conversion within locations.
