Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) in Vancouver, BC. The role spans 28-35 hours per week on weekdays and weekends, with 7-hour shifts between 12 p.m.

and 9 p.m. One year contract starting January 2027, paid training, and an hourly rate of $27 with performance incentives and a contract completion bonus. The position emphasizes field guidance, territory optimization, and in-store demonstrations for a smoke-free product portfolio across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and product knowledge skills.
• Ability to influence, guide peers, and work independently in a fast-paced territory-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs across assigned locations.
• Deliver product education and hands-on demonstrations to drive conversions.
• Build relationships with store staff and stakeholders; provide store performance insights.
• Mentor Sales Brand Ambassadors and share best practices with peers.
• Ensure timely reporting of activities and support campaigns and launches.
