Job summary

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Calgary, Alberta branch. You will proactively grow the customer base, manage your territory, and demonstrate Richelieu’s hardware solutions to manufacturers and retailers.

You will build long‑term relationships, conduct in‑person meetings and product demonstrations, negotiate effectively, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and on‑time sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and grow new accounts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business within territory.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Richelieu’s hardware portfolio.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
