Job summary

Grupo NORS in Mississauga is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee multiple customers in a defined geographic area. You will work with sales and service teams to grow revenue, manage accounts, and drive successful equipment sales.

The role requires relationship building, site visits, forecasting, CRM updates, and collaboration across departments to deliver value to customers and ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience in sales.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and drive sales in a defined territory.
• Experience with CRM systems and RFQ/RFP processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell Nors products to increase the sales for business.
• Identify and cultivate existing and new relationships with potential customers through site visits and cold calls.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts on a timely basis within their respective territory.
• Gather trade appraisal information to ensure proper evaluation of customer trade-ins based on market conditions and resale value.
• Prepare initial costing sheets before new deals to ensure proper/accurate pricing based on customer needs, inventory levels, equipment availability, and in comparison to competitor pricing.
• Facilitate the accurate smooth completion of deals as liaison with customer.
• Assist with RFQs/RFPs to ensure customer needs are met with respect to their required equipment and their service/parts needs.
• Update client information in CRM to ensure smooth communication between the customer all departments within the company.
• Follow up on shipments (sales/deliveries) and clients to make sure equipment are received in a timely manner.
• Develop relationships with clients for future sales and services

SUMMARY:

Expected Salary range (gross/annual)
