Zusammenfassung

Brandt is seeking a Territory Manager for the Mont-Joli location to drive sales of John Deere compact construction equipment and related lines. You will develop territory strategies, pursue new business, and conduct about seven customer visits daily to maximize opportunities.

The role requires experience in construction equipment sales, excellent communication, willingness to travel internationally, and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction or heavy equipment industries.
• Must possess and maintain a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are required.
• Knowledge of the equipment and construction industry is considered an asset.
• Previous sales experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and market trend responses.
• Undertake an average of seven customer visits daily to maximize sales opportunities.
• Promote Brandt’s equipment line to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for retention and referrals.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Finance to provide integrated solutions.
