Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for our Laval location to drive sales of compact construction equipment across the assigned Area of Responsibility.

You will develop business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets. The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in construction equipment, deep knowledge of skid steers, loaders, and mini excavators, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment (skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Promote Brandt’s compact equipment to strengthen brand presence.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms for profitability and satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships for retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance to provide integrated solutions.
• Monitor customer operations to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare accurate customer status reports weekly.
• Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules.
• Complete sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training.
