Job summary

Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking an Accounts Manager in Burlington, ON. The role focuses on building customer relationships, growing an account portfolio, and coordinating between branches and customers to secure equipment solutions.

We offer a base salary in the $70,000–$80,000 range plus competitive commissions. Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of teamwork and initiative. A valid G license is required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer‑facing experience in construction equipment or building products.
• Excellent communication; customer‑focused and value‑driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Systematics is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and building products is beneficial.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and time management.
• Self‑starter who can manage territory and schedules effectively.
• Valid G class driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work after hours and events; on‑call as needed.
• Ability to obtain a clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as face of branch.
• Manage and grow assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Visit job sites/offices to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Develop internal relationships to support customer success.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Secure orders, communicate requirements, and ensure delivery.
• Deliver equipment when required and provide quotations.
