Battlefield Equipment Rentals, part of the Toromont Industries family, is hiring an Accounts Manager in Stoney Creek, ON. The role focuses on developing and growing customer relationships, managing a portfolio, visiting job sites, and coordinating rental solutions with branches.

The position offers a base salary with a competitive commission plan and safety-focused, team-oriented culture. You will be the liaison between branches and customers, supporting growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a related role, with knowledge of construction equipment and building products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make customers feel valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Systematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the face of the branch.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Visit customer job sites and offices to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Develop internal relationships with branch teams to support customer success.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up with prospective customers.
• Secure customer orders and coordinate with branches for timely delivery.
• Deliver equipment to customers when required.
• Provide quotations for rental, equipment, and building products.
• Maintain flexibility to support customer schedules and after-hours events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.
