We are seeking a safety-focused, experienced Terminal Operator / Maintenance Lead to join our team. This role is built for a versatile industrial professional who brings strong operational safety standards and a continuous improvement mindset to the site. While you will be responsible for daily terminal operations—including loading/unloading liquid asphalt cement, operating salt loaders and equipment, and managing emulsions—you will also take hands-on ownership of plant equipment maintenance. Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Training/Certifications: Driver’s License: Commercial Driver’s License (Class 1, Class 3, or Class 5 with Air Brake endorsement).Occupational First Aid (OFA Level 1 or Level 2 / Basic First Aid). Fall Arrest, Confined Space Entry/Monitor, and H2S Alive certifications. Heavy Equipment Operator endorsements/certifications and hands-on experience using SiteDocs for safety reporting. (An asset) Required
Work Experience:Direct prior experience as a Terminal Operator or Heavy Equipment Operator in an industrial, aggregate, asphalt, or bulk liquid handling environment. (Note: Candidates without relevant industrial or operator experience will not be considered.)Additional Requirements:
