Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, working in a team environment, the Payroll Administrator's responsibilities include processing of bi-weekly payrolls using HRIS and SFE Software. Coordination, verification of payroll documents, reconciliation of variousremittances, production of ROEs, processing of timesheets, and handling payroll inquiries and administration of pension and benefits are involved.
Qualifications:
High School Graduation Diploma, Business & Commerce and completion of, or study towards the Canadian Payroll Association Certificate program. One year of previous payroll experience is required. Current payroll experience is preferred. Computer skills with the ability to perform complex salary calculations using Microsoft Excel and effective interpersonal, written and verbalcommunication skills are required.
Salary: $52,707.20 - $56,656.60
Effective Date: ASAP to February 5th, 2027
