Job summary

Thames Valley District School Board is seeking Temporary Office and Clerical Assistants to support schools across Thames Valley on an on-call basis.

Qualified applicants have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with 35 wpm keyboarding and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; successful candidates will complete a practical skills assessment and must be available Monday to Friday during the school year on short notice.

Qualifications

• OSSD or equivalent with business and keyboarding (35 wpm) skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Selected candidates must successfully complete a practical skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Replace permanent Office and Clerical employees on an on-call basis.
