About Highland Valley Copper
Highland Valley Copper (HVC) Operationsis Canada’s largest open-pit copper mine and molybdenum operation. HVC produces both copper and molybdenum concentrate through autogenous and semi-autogenous grinding and flotation.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Support HR, the Coordinator, Support HR (16-month term) plays a key role in supporting Human Resources programs and operations at Highland Valley Copper. This position is responsible for HRIS administration, workforce reporting, data analytics, compliance coordination, and supporting HR processes that align with operational and business objectives. The successful candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Pay Range: CAD $85,000 - $105,000 per year
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
