Job summary

GardaWorld in London, Ontario is seeking an Interim Account Manager to build strong client relationships, lead Embedded Managers and frontline security staff, and ensure 24/7 service delivery across multiple locations.

This contract role requires 1–2 years of experience in operations or client management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel to project sites. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Billing to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Lead Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure 24/7 service delivery through coordination with the Control Centre.
• Monitor KPIs such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtime.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and working with the Business Development team.

Schedule: 12 months Contract Monday- Friday primarily office-based, with occasional travel to project sites during weekdays and weekends as required.

• Management experience in security industry would be considered as an asset
