Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Bilingual Business Operations Analyst in Ontario to support commercial and operational performance through accurate reporting, data integrity, and coordinated business processes. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy to enable timely performance updates and effective customer execution.

You’ll contribute to continuous process improvements, maintain multiple dashboards, and help with forecasting and ad hoc analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, reporting, sales operations, data coordination or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with reporting tools, CRM/ERP systems and operational data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in security services, logistics or other service-based industries is considered an asset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
• Power BI (report maintenance and dashboard support)
• CRM reporting (Salesforce, Dynamics or equivalent)
• Data validation and quality control
• KPI reporting and performance tracking
• SQL or Power Query (asset)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and distribute recurring operational and commercial reports.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business performance.
• Support recurring business reviews, forecasting activities and operational reporting requirements.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Support Sales, Operations and Finance with reporting, billing support and operational coordination.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify reporting discrepancies or operational issues.
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
• Support contract compliance, KPI tracking and operational performance initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and reporting platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflow efficiency and automation.
• Support the implementation of new reporting tools and business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.

The Business Operations Analyst supports GardaWorld Canada's commercial and operational performance by providing accurate reporting, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating business processes that enable effective decision-making and customer execution.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial Strategy, this role ensures timely performance reporting, supports operational workflows, maintains business data, and contributes to continuous process improvements across the organization

What Your Days Will Look Like

What We're Looking For

Education
