Job summary

GardaWorld is offering a 12-month contract for a Temporary Account Manager, Security Services, based in London, Ontario. The role focuses on owning key client portfolios, leading Embedded Managers and security staff, and driving operational excellence to deliver 24/7 service.

The position requires 1–2 years in operations or client management, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent organization. Travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations or client management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Management experience in security industry would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Lead Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure 24/7 service delivery through coordination with the Control Centre.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtime.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and working with our Business Development team.
