Job summary

Kal Tire in Corner Brook is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact in the store, helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This temporary, full-time role offers hands-on experience in automotive sales and a supportive team atmosphere.

You will greet customers, prepare quotes, process transactions, and collaborate with the shop team to ensure a smooth, safe, and positive customer experience in all weather

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely

What We Offer

• Hourly wage: $18.91/hr

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
