Kal Tire at Sheppard Ave in Toronto is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative. You will be the first contact for customers, helping them choose tires and services while keeping the store moving.

You will greet shoppers, prepare quotes, look up parts, process transactions, and book appointments. This fast-paced role requires clear communication and teamwork in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive tires or parts (asset).
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems.

• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This could be a permanent opportunity or a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract, depending on your preference.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
