Kal Tire in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact in the store, helping customers choose products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer. Shifts may include weekends and store hours.

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries
• Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and support sales decisions
• Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
