Job summary

Kal Tire in Windermere is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first contact in the store, helping customers choose tires, parts, and services while keeping the flow steady.

You’ll greet customers, prepare quotes, look up parts in internal systems, process transactions, book appointments, and work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth, friendly experience in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
