Job summary

Kal Tire in Moncton, NB is seeking a proactive customer service associate to assist customers with product inquiries, quotes, and sales decisions. You will perform outdoor vehicle check-ins and look up parts and pricing in internal systems, while ensuring accurate invoicing and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in all weather, and a team‑oriented approach to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Store Details

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30-6pm
  • Saturday: 8-5pm
  • Sunday: Closed
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: Sept.14/2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Hiring Process
