About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and dependable Telecoms Field Technician to join their expanding installation and maintenance team serving the Kimberley area. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fibre optic networks and related telecommunications equipment at customer premises and network points. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's services, providing excellent on-site support. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working independently in the field and possesses strong technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, terminate, test, and repair fibre optic cables and associated equipment at customer locations and network infrastructure points.
  • Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
