  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and technology-enabled business improvement, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with accountability for enterprise strategy, operations, service delivery, and people leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology functions and multidisciplinary teams, balancing operational excellence, modernization, and long-term technology sustainability.
