Job summary

RBC is seeking a professional to join the Global IT Risk organization in Governance for the Technology & Cyber Risk Management domains. The role focuses on establishing structured risk stewardship across RBC's technology functions and improving governance oversight.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define governance forums, support risk issue prioritization, and help implement controls. The position reports through the Technology & Operations platform with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent.
Professional designations CRISC, CISSP, PMP preferred.
3–5 years IT Risk Management experience with risk & control knowledge.
Strong written and oral communication; ability to document IT risk governance outcomes.
Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with governance tools JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with domain stakeholders to develop governance forums, charters, and escalation protocols.
Partner with senior business stakeholders on Technology & Cyber Risk Management governance.
Support domain risk issue identification and prioritization across business units.
Assist embedded risk management to apply controls across domains.
Contribute to domain KPI development and transparent reporting across regions.
