Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking an experienced IT risk management professional to lead risk treatment recommendations for IT and operational risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement security policies and tools.

You will mentor colleagues, support audits, and drive remediation work, while applying advanced problem solving to complex risks and ensuring alignment with firm policies across risk functions and business partners.

Qualifications

Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
Experience documenting risk action plans.
Experience with Archer Issues Management tool.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship management.
Knowledge of Identity Access Management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead risk treatment recommendations for IT & Operational risks, driving risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security policies and tools.
Mentor team members to deliver security solutions.
Lead audit inquiries and remediation actions.
Handle IT risk management tasks requiring advanced problem solving and strategic thinking.
Develop actionable management recommendations with cross-area impact.
