Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Infrastructure, to provide independent assurance over IT risk management, governance and internal controls. You will lead audits for Infrastructure & Service Management and coordinate with IT teams across the bank.

The role involves strategic leadership, regulatory liaison, and developing analytics to expand assurance scope. Toronto-based, full-time position with a focus on risk controls and oversight across Global IT functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7 years banking/audit IT experience with ITIL and IT operations knowledge.
• 5 years business experience in a financial institution or technology company with cross-geography exposure.
• CISA, CISM, CISSP and/or CIA designation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute the annual Audit Plan for RBC Infrastructure & Service Management.
• Supervise and implement audit plan execution; collaborate with Global RBC IT teams as needed.
• Recommend control improvements and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Plan and execute complex, confidential audits enterprise-wide.
• Communicate risk trends to senior management.
• Provide support for IT and regulatory requests and meetings.
• Lead and mentor staff on engagements and audit report reviews.
• Develop analytic capabilities to widen assurance scope.
