Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a US Technology Governance Associate to oversee and manage the US TOC and IT Governance committees, coordinating agendas, meeting materials, and action-item follow-ups. This role requires strong collaboration with partners across CUSO and enterprise.

You will organize documentation, maintain charters, minutes, and logs, and work with senior leaders to ensure timely governance and effective oversight of IT operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology-focused project management experience or banking/financial services tech experience.
• Strong organizational skills and advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication across executive levels.
• Ability to track, prioritize, and deliver in time-sensitive environments.
• Commitment to excellence and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with internal partners across CUSO and enterprise.
• Set meeting agendas with the US TOC Secretary and manage the forward calendar.
• Coordinate presentation materials and reporting cadence for TOC, IT Operations Subcommittee, and SLT.
• Manage action items, reminders, and escalation of blockers with owners.
• Organize and maintain SLT and TOC documentation, charters, and minutes.
