About the Role

We’re looking for a talentedTechnology Implementation Specialistto guide our clients through the onboarding and implementation of our technology stack. You’ll work hands-on to set up and integrate tools, train clients, and ensure their systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: Lead the setup and configuration of Square, Quickbooks, Hubspot, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom for new clients.
• Integrate Systems: Ensure all tools work together seamlessly to create a unified workflow for sales, payments, CRM, accounting, and communication.
• Train and Support: Provide clear, user-friendly training to clients on how to use the technology stack effectively.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to tool setup and integrations.
• Document Processes: Maintain detailed records of client configurations and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate: Work with our team to deliver exceptional service and address client needs promptly.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least 3-4 of the following: Square, Quickbooks, Hubspot, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom.
• SaaS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based tools.
• Integration Experience: Proven ability to integrate multiple tools into a cohesive system.
• Small Business Savvy: Experience working with small to medium businesses and understanding their unique needs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way to non-technical clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Certifications (Bonus): Certifications in Hubspot, Google Workspace, or similar tools are a plus.
