MediSolution is seeking a Customer Support and Implementation Specialist with a solid background in Financial processing and reporting within the Healthcare industry.

As a Customer Support & Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients and development team members to achieve client goals. You will be the frontline point of contact providing high-quality, friendly, and prompt technical support.

Responsibilities include project management, creation of project deliverables, implementation, client training, demonstration, documentation, and product testing. The ideal candidate must be a team player with strong people skills, self-learning skills, and a dedication to the latest technologies.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Communicate application changes and regulatory updates to clients.
• Implement new customers from start to finish, including analysis, testing, and training.
• Support clients with troubleshooting, application training, and reporting training.
• Maintain and update training documentation and user guides.
• Assist in business development activities like proposals and presentations.
• Participate in project planning and implementation.
• Develop understanding of application features to address issues and questions.
• Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, providing workarounds and guidance.
• Use ticketing system to review, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Diagnose and document software issues, collaborating with support and development teams.
• Contribute to the design of new product features.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation.
• Minimum 5 years of financial processing experience, with understanding of business processes and reporting.
• Professional handling of client inquiries and requests.
• Proficiency in report writing, spreadsheets, statistics, and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL or similar data modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
