A leading company in the Banking & Fintech sector is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to manage technical aspects of client projects. This full-time role involves working closely with project managers and development teams to deliver effective solutions. The position requires at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and knowledge in programming languages like Java and Node.js. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mentality, with opportunities for ongoing learning and development.
The Client Implementation Specialist works in coordination with the Project Manager to ensure a successful client implementation. The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for the technical aspects of small to medium scale projects, including configuration, analyzing business requirements, assessing current product features, identifying areas requiring customization and coordinating with development and other teams that support implementations in our Banking & Fintech division. Additionally, the Client Implementation Specialist will create JIRA stories and participate in triage activities to identify issue root cause and recommend corrective measures for resolution.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility or direct reports.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to life up to 25 lbs.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
10-15% travel to customer sites may be required based upon project needs.
