Job Description: Service Technician at Medline Sinclair

Medline Sinclair, a leader in the dental supply industry with 50 years of service in Canada, is seeking a dedicated Service Technician. We are a Canadian-owned business with 11 locations and over 600 team members. Join our growing organization!

Your Role

You will install and configure specialized dental equipment such as CAD/CAM systems, intra-oral scanners, chairside milling machines, digital panoramic X-rays, and sensors. Working with our Montreal-based Technical team, you'll provide exceptional technical support, diagnose and resolve issues onsite or remotely, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience with a customer service focus
• Expertise in Windows platforms: Windows Server, domains, Active Directory, terminal server, virtual machines, TCP/IP protocols
• Ability to use mechanical tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as travel to client sites in Vancouver and surrounding areas is required

Successful candidates will need to undergo criminal and credit background checks and provide a clean driver's abstract.
