Job summary

UAP inc. is seeking a concurrent HR Operations professional to act as a key partner to People & Culture and Management teams. The role focuses on ensuring data quality and integrity across the employee lifecycle in HR systems, including Workday.

You will manage personnel transactions, validate data, support payroll data loads, and handle terminations and ROEs while guiding managers on HR processes. This is a temporary contract until Sept 30, 2027, based in Montreal, QC.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS.
  • Experience with a workforce management or timekeeping system.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to managers on HR systems and processes.
  • Contribute to integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational changes.
  • Participate in SOX controls and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR and Payroll.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries through email and ServiceNow.

Your Impact
