The Talent Company is seeking a Senior Consultant, HR Technology, to lead and optimize Workday configurations across Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and related modules. You will partner with HR stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, autonomous environment.
The role is based in Canada, with an on-site 3 days per week work arrangement at the Etobicoke office.

As the Senior Consultant, HR Technology, you will be a key technical and strategic resource within the HR Technology function. Working closely with HR Technology leadership and cross-functional HR stakeholders, you will use your deep Workday expertise to evaluate requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure technology enhancements consider the broader impact on the organization.
This is a role for someone who can operate independently, bring strong technical judgment to the table, and confidently challenge requests when there is a better or more effective solution. You will play an important role in shaping and continuously improving the organization's HR technology landscape.
This role is currently vacant, and the organization is accepting applications with the intention to hire as soon as possible.
The anticipated hiring range for this role is an annual salary of $120,000 - $135,000. 15% annual bonus, 3 weeks of vacation plus the Christmas week off, and benefits effective from day one.
