Tilray Canada Ltd. is seeking a Heating & Cooling Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems across Winnipeg and Ste Agathe facilities.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and building services, ensuring uptime and safe operation of equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and flexibility for after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Mechanical trades licensing as HVAC technician and gas ticket preferred.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Proficiency in CMMS COGZ and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to respond to issues outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

  • Performs troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Completes work orders ensuring quality, safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborates with Maintenance and Production teams for efficient plant operation.
  • Maintains HVAC systems for Winnipeg plant and Ste Agathe plant as needed.
  • On-call / after-hours response to emergency breakdowns.
  • Assists with general building repairs and maintenance.
