Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the onsite team in Winnipeg/Ste Agathe. You will perform installation, inspection, replacement, and repair of production equipment and building systems, and provide technical support to production teams to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and entering data into CMMS (COGZ). The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, with after-hours on-call

Qualifications

3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience (food production plant an asset).
Mechanical trades licensing as HVAC technician and gas ticket preferred.
Strong mechanical background and ability to perform various maintenance activities.
Experience in building maintenance, carpentry, welding, plumbing, refrigeration mechanics, etc. an asset.
Experience maintaining preventive and ongoing maintenance programs.
Proficiency with CMMS (COGZ) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Performs troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Complete work orders ensuring repairs meet quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams for efficient plant operation.
Enter all information into the COGZ Maintenance Management Program.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
Repair and maintain HVAC systems at the Winnipeg plant and assist at Ste Agathe as needed.
On-call / after-hours response to emergency equipment breakdowns.
