Tilray Canada Ltd. seeks a Heating & Cooling Technician for Winnipeg/Ste Agathe, full-time.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility HVAC systems, and supporting general building maintenance to maximize uptime and safety. The role requires strong mechanical skills, a valid HVAC license and a gas ticket, with experience in CMMS (COGZ) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical background and ability to perform various maintenance tasks
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs and building maintenance skills
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and MS Office applications
• Flexibility to respond to issues outside regular hours
