Job summary

Kichton Construction LP in Fort McMurray is seeking Journeyperson Automotive Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair a variety of fleet equipment, primarily Ford, Chevy, and Dodge. You should be experienced, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and occasional travel for equipment repairs.

This role offers $53/hr with overtime, bi-weekly pay, and benefits after probation, plus tools and WHMIS certification training.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certificate is required.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role, dealership environment preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing Ford, Chevy, and Dodge vehicles.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with good abstract.

Automotive Service Technicians - $53/hr - Weekly Pay - Fort McMurray, AB

Kichton Construction LP is seeking Journeyperson Automotive Service Technicians to join their Fort McMurray team. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing a variety of automotive fleet equipment, primarily Fords, Chevys, and Dodges. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible hours and occasional travel for equipment repairs.

• $49.00 to $53.00 per hour with overtime at 1.5x after 8 hours per day

What You’ll Need

• Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certificate
• 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership environment
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing Fords, Chevys, and Dodges
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with good abstract
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Basic tools up to 1-1/4” wrenches and socket sets
• WHMIS 2015 certification (can be provided)
• Ability to use electronic devices and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending
