Job summary

Procom is seeking a Technical Writer for a five-month remote assignment in Canada. You will overhaul CreditLens documentation, translating complex workflows into clear user guides and release notes to support a major banking release.

You will audit guides, collaborate with developers, business analysts, and credit specialists, and maintain standardized docs in shared repositories to ensure consistency and compliance.
