Job summary

Hercules - Fundy MMS in Truro, Nova Scotia is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager with a mechanical or trades background to transition into sales and customer service while staying close to technical solutions.

You will represent Hercules with professionalism, helping clients find practical, cost-effective solutions for machining and millwrighting needs and drive growth across your territory. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Background in a mechanical, industrial, or technical trade or related education is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss technical equipment and solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Motivation to learn sales strategies and build customer relationships.
• Sales or account management experience is an asset; training available for right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and consultations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Hercules Fundy MMS products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and follow-through.
• Prospect for new accounts while growing existing relationships.
• Track and report key sales activities, opportunities, and results.
