Job summary

CIBC’s Technology Operations team seeks a Technical Systems Analyst Co-op to gain hands-on provisioning and system administration experience. You’ll handle provisioning requests, learn key processes, and contribute to documentation and presentations while shaping innovative banking solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement discussed during interviews, with a focus on growth and collaboration. You’ll gain experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and scripting

Qualifications

Enrolled in post-secondary with intent to return to full-time studies.
Comfort with provisioning and support workflows.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaboration-focused environment.
Experience with IT admin tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete provisioning requests for applications and systems following procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation and presentation materials.
Collaborate with teammates and participate in meetings and knowledge sharing.
Gain hands-on experience with AD, Azure, Exchange, and scripting tools.
