Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst Co-op to gain hands-on experience in provisioning and system administration. You will handle provisioning requests, learn key processes, and contribute to documentation and improvements within an innovation-focused team.

You will work with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange, gaining practical knowledge while supported by training throughout your term.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a tech field and returning to studies.
• Familiarity with IT provisioning, system administration or related tasks is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and perform tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete provisioning requests for various applications and systems, following procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and artifacts to support processes.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings, and contribute to presentations.
