Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Tech Connect Analyst Co-op to support in-office technical operations, onboarding, and daily service coordination. You’ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, triage requests, and assist with laptop pickups and queue management to keep operations running smoothly.

This 4‑month opportunity emphasizes hands-on experience in technical support, asset management, and collaborative work with partners.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or diploma in information technology or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and basic technical troubleshooting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support Coordination: triage requests and manage service queues.
• Onboarding Support: assist with laptop pickups and device prep for new hires.
• Asset and Request Management: track laptops and monitor shared mailboxes.
• Operational Support: support vending, service transactions, and related tasks.
• Client Service: provide friendly, responsive support to employees.
