Best Buy Canada in Fort McMurray, AB, is hiring a technical service representative (service agent). No experience is required, and we’ll provide the training you need to assist customers with service and repair needs.

You will create an amazing customer experience at the service desk, provide delivery and installation at customers’ homes, ensure equipment is well maintained, and help foster an inclusive, learning culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
