Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field service agent to deliver, install, and repair the latest tech in customers’ homes. You’ll help customers identify technology needs, answer questions, and maintain vehicles and equipment while delivering exceptional service.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to help you grow within our retail tech team. The role offers flexible schedules and employee discounts in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
