Job summary

Infoya Inc. is seeking a strong Technical Scrum Master to lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering technology transformation projects and supporting production environments. You will create dashboards, track velocity, and report progress to senior leaders while coordinating root cause analysis to improve production stability.

The role involves transforming plans to go-live, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring successful handover to production support in a hybrid Toronto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile environments with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven project management delivering technology transformation projects.
• Experience creating dashboards and presenting delivery metrics to senior IT leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity, capacity, throughput, sprint predictability).
• Understanding of production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of SDLC, test strategies, release governance, and dependencies.
• Proven skills in risk management, stakeholder reporting, servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transformation projects from planning to go-live, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies and financials.
• Maintain plans, roadmaps, SDLC artifacts and risk logs; coordinate testing, deployment and handover to production support.
• Run Scrum ceremonies and Scrum of Scrums; coordinate dependencies across dev, QA, architecture, infra, security and DevOps.
• Remove blockers, coach teams on agile practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to balance transformation work with production support demands.
• Build dashboards on sprint progress, velocity and capacity; track SLA performance and incident metrics.
• Coordinate incident triage, root cause analyses and backlog corrective actions.
