Technical Sales Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Specialist to support our Environmental Services division under the guidance of the Director of Services. This role offers the opportunity to learn from industry experts and grow into a leadership position. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong technical, organizational, and sales skills. Responsibilities include customer quotations, project estimations, sales processes, and on-site technical support when needed. The role demands agility, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex work environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Quotations and Estimations: Prepare accurate quotations for air filtration products and services; collaborate on proposals.
  2. Sales and Business Development: Follow up on quotations, close sales, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
  3. Technical Expertise: Understand customer needs, gain product knowledge, and support technical sales efforts.
  4. Administrative Support: Maintain records, coordinate project documentation, and support sales administration.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work with the team to improve workflows and maintain professional relationships.
Qualifications
  • College diploma or degree in a technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial filtration or related technical products is an asset.
  • Ability to travel within North America with valid license and passport.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Background in engineering or environmental science is preferred.
