  • Prior Precast Experience Required
  • Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer, or Structural Engineer License preferred

Summary of Primary Functions: Establish, maintain, and grow customer accounts to generate business. Ensure customer requirements and business plan performance objectives are met from project inception through closeout.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow safety and quality rules to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop new customers and project opportunities within an assigned sales territory.
  • Evaluate potential opportunities to ensure they align with business plans and customer needs.
  • Identify market opportunities for new products and services based on customer needs and profitability potential.
  • Achieve desired revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager on planned margin offerings.
  • Ensure all proposals are accurate, including terms, pricing, and offerings.
  • Monitor and communicate market activities and trends monthly, including competitive activities.
  • Participate in regional marketing activities such as lunch and learns, trade shows, and sales presentations.
  • Develop and negotiate design-build projects with Owners, Architects, and General Contractors.
  • Report project activity using Tindall CRM.
  • Represent Tindall on bid day for hard bid offerings.
  • Ensure documentation is complete before transferring project management to the assigned PM.
  • Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties to ensure understanding of proposals.
  • Make independent decisions.
  • Maintain daily contact with employees, management, customers, agencies, and vendors.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Education: 4-year degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of industry experience.

Experience: 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience required.

Travel Requirements: Frequent travel, including overnight stays.
