We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and results-driven motivated Technical Sales Representative to support our efforts in expanding our company’s activities in Southwest Ontario Province. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new market opportunities.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to greenhouse growers, offering hands-on IPM technical solutions and support, promoting and implementing pest management programs, and strengthening BioBee’s presence in the region
The role includes but not limited to:
Sales and service of beneficial insects, mites and beneficial nematodes in crops markets such as ornamental plants, strawberries, vegetable, soft fruits and tree fruits.

Required Skills / Experience:
·Preferably entomology degree or BA/BS degree in horticulture, agriculture, or similar experience. MS degree is a plus.
·Minimum 3 years of experience and proven success in selling inputs, preferably biological related products in the territory greenhouse sector.
·Strong network in the territory greenhouse industry
·Strong understanding of crop protection and biological pest management—experience with vegetable crops preferred
·Understanding the end users’ structure, decision makers, and establish contacts accordingly.
·Proven ability to build trust with growers and translate technical knowledge into practical on-farm solutions.
·Have knowledge and familiarity of biocontrol distribution channels in the region.
·Experience with creating IPM programs and crop scouting.
·Ability to work independently in a fast moving, entrepreneurial organization.
·Willingness to travel up-to 60% of the time.
·Identify, prioritize, set and achieve goals with efficiency.
·Strong communications skills - able to accurately communicate customer needs to Company product
development staff and experience presenting to distributors and growers. Negotiate, mediate and resolve
conflicts.
·Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving ability.
·Computer skills, primarily with MS Office products.
·Physically able to work in greenhouses and farms; walk long distances.
·Own your own vehicle and possess a valid driver license
·Be physically located in Southwest Ontario
